Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned with original tags and packaging to ensure a successful refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Place the items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective materials and authenticity cards are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid courier return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping information.
Dispatch and Track
Schedule a collection with the designated courier or drop off the package at an authorized service point, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.
